Purpose and Intent

This section of the common law of the United States of America is established to clarify its position regarding religious legal systems. It is not intended as an anti-Islamism bill, nor is it designed to threaten the Muslim community or suggest the possibility of their overthrow should they gain a majority in the House of Representatives or the Senate.

Restrictions on Religious Legal Systems

At no time shall an Islamic faction within any community of the United States of America create or enforce a system of Sharia Law that contradicts the natural law observed by the people of any state, town, or district. This law ensures that the legal principles governing all communities remain consistent with the foundational laws of the nation.

Protection Under the Constitution

The commonwealths of the people are protected under the safety and authority of the Constitution of the United States of America and its Amendments. The Constitution serves as the supreme law, guaranteeing that all citizens abide by its principles and enjoy its protections.

Prohibition of Religious Tax and Penalties

No religious tax or penalty derived from Sharia Law shall be imposed against the will of the people, even if a religious majority exists in any legislative body. The enforcement of such penalties is explicitly prohibited to protect the rights and freedoms of all individuals.
